Blending Patience, Innovation, and Science in Agriculture

At the intersection of agriculture and industrialization lies Psaltry International Company Ltd, a revolutionary company helmed by Oluyemisi Y. Iranloye. With a fusion of her extensive scientific knowledge and a decade-long experience in agriculture, Iranloye has left an indelible mark on the agricultural processing industry.

The genesis of Psaltry International is deeply rooted in spirituality. The name 'Psaltry', plucked from the sacred verses of Psalms, stands for 'praise', echoing the company's foundational ethos. Symbolizing this concept, their maiden logo was an image of a guitar. However, as the brand evolved and embraced its agricultural focus, the guitar metamorphosed into a tractor - a fitting testament to the company's transformative journey.

This phase was short-lived, lasting only three years as Psaltry's growth trajectory skyrocketed, necessitating a more sophisticated and globally appealing brand image. The honour of steering this pivotal rebranding process fell to Baselinks Business Consult. Our vision led to the creation of a logo that seamlessly marries the essence of Psaltry International - agriculture and industrialization. The depiction of a cassava leaf signifies the agricultural aspect, while its division by a machine element symbolizes industrialization.

To enhance its visual appeal and communicate the brand's values, we chose the colour green, which stands for nature, growth, success, and tranquillity - principles that Psaltry International ardently espouses.

In the spirit of fostering a new generation of agribusiness professionals, Iranloye graciously shared words of wisdom from her journey. She said, "Patience. Agriculture is a business of patience, and science is about innovation. If you add innovation and patience together, you can make novel products profitable. If you add patience to your innovation, you will be able to achieve unique products. It's painstaking; you must be patient so that what you're doing can come out well."

As we chart the way forward, we carry Iranloye's words as a beacon, reminding us of the power of patience, innovation, and science in transforming the world of agriculture.
